NOVITEC Refines the Alfa Romeo Giulietta :
Engine Tuning with up to 261 hp, 20-Inch Wheels and Sporty Design



 
Power, handling and sporty design: NOVITEC, globally leading tuner of Alfa Romeo automobiles, now also refines the Giulietta. The exclusive program comprises engine tuning for diesel and gasoline engines with up to 261 hp / 192 kW of power, a sport muffler with various tailpipe variants, wheels with diameters of up to 20 inches with the corresponding suspension solutions, and a sporty styled aerodynamic-enhancement package that lends the Italian car an even more striking profile.
 
Power is no sin and thus NOVITEC now also offers custom-tailored versions of its tried and proven POWERJET 2 tuning modules for the turbocharged gasoline models of the Giulietta. After the plug-and-play installation of the auxiliary control module the 1.4 TB 16V model produces 141 hp / 104 kW of power, up from standard 120 hp / 88 kW. Power output of the NOVITEC-tuned MultiAir engine with identical displacement jumps from 170 hp / 125 kW to a powerful 195 hp / 141 kW.NOVITEC engine tuning is also available for the 1.8-liter turbocharged engine of the Giulietta. The POWERJET 2 module bumps power output of the four-valve, four-cylinder engine by 26 hp / 19 kW and boosts peak torque to 386 Nm. Thus equipped the Italian speedster produces 261 hp / 192 kW and sprints from rest to 100 km/h in just 6.5 seconds on the way to a new top speed of 251 km/h. Despite its outstanding efficiency the engine tuning is a great bargain at just EUR 419.NOVITEC power tuning is also available for the three turbodiesel engines of the Giulietta. The POWERRAIL 5 module, which also installs easily by means of a plug connector, lends the 1.6 JTD 16V model an extra 15 hp / 11 kW of power. In the 2.0 JTD 16V model with a standard power output of 140 hp / 103 kW the auxiliary control unit unleashes an extra 20 hp / 14.7 kW. Power output of the also available 170-hp diesel model with custom-calibrated NOVITEC auxiliary control unit jumps to 195 hp / 143 kW while peak torque grows by 50 Nm to 400 Nm. The NOVITEC POWERRAIL 5 modules are available for EUR 335.
 
With or without engine tuning: the NOVITEC stainless-steel sport rear mufflers, available in various designs with two or four tailpipes, lend all models a sportier exhaust note. 
Another focal point of the NOVITEC tuning program for the Giulietta lies in the handling. The measures include custom-tailored alloy wheels with diameters of 18, 19 or 20 inches. The king-sized version features NOVITEC N10 20-inch wheels, available with a silver or matte-black finish. In size 8.5Jx20 and shod with size 235/50 R 20 Pirelli P Zero tires they perfectly fill the wheel wells. The perfect complement to these wheels and tires are either NOVITEC sport springs, which lower the ride height of the Giulietta by some 35 millimeters, or the stainless-steel coil-over suspension with adjustable ride height and damper rates. It lends the Alfa Romeo a firmer setup and provides infinitely variable ride-height lowering between 35 and 75 millimeters.
 
The NOVITEC body kit offers sporty design at its best in combination with efficient aerodynamic function. The front of the vehicle undergoes an exciting facelift with the help of EUR 167 spoiler corners that attach to the left and right side of the front fascia, and the centrally mounted cup spoiler for EUR 83. But that’s not all: together these components also further reduce lift on the front axle.The NOVITEC side skirts for EUR 234 give the Giulietta a lower, sleeker appearance. The rear of the vehicle receives some added profile with the help of the rear fascia with diffuser look. This component is available for EUR 167 in different versions with precise cutouts for the various exhaust tip variants of the NOVITEC sport rear muffler.
 
The NOVITEC components come with general operating certificates, thus saving customers costly and time-intensive individual technical inspections. They also eliminate the need to register the body components in the vehicle registration documents.


New: The world's most powerful and fastet Alfa Romeo: 8C Spider



The limited-edition sports car is based on the technology of the Maserati GT. For this reason NOVITEC adapted a development by sister company NOVITEC TRIDENTE, which specializes in tuning the models carrying the trident emblem, to the 8C. The high-tech supercharger conversion for the 4,7-liter V8 was modified to fit into the space under the hood of the Alfa Romeo 8C

 

The World’s Most Powerful and Fastest Alfa Romeo: 8C Spider with 600-hp Supercharged Engine and a Top Speed of 305 km/h

 

The most powerful and fastest street-legal Alfa Romeo of all time comes from NOVITEC, the world leader in tuning for the automobiles from Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Lancia. Power output of the Alfa Romeo 8C, Coupe and Spider, jumps to 600 hp / 441 kW thanks to a high-tech supercharger system. Top speed grows to 305 km/h. In addition, the tuner offers a stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system, a custom-tailored tire/wheel combination with 21- and 22-inch diameters and a height-adjustable sport suspension.

 

The supercharger is driven by a cogged-tooth belt directly from the crankshaft and thus breathes more power into the eight-cylinder four-valve engine even at very low engine speeds. Maximum boost pressure is limited to 0,37 bar. The mechanical charging system is rounded out by a water-to-air intercooler with dedicated radiator, and by custom injectors.

Newly calibrated mapping for injection and ignition ensure a potent and harmonious power delivery and clean emissions.

Performance figures are accordingly impressive: The compressor conversion, which sells for EUR 19,900, boosts power output of the 450 hp / 331 kW stock V8 by 150 hp / 110 kw. The maximum rated power output of 600 hp / 441 kW is available at 7,300 rpm. peak torque jumps to 588 Nm at 5,400 rpm

This elevates driving performance to a level never before attained by a street-legal Alfa Romeo: the sprint from resto to 100 km/h is shortenend to just 3,9 seconds. Top speed increases from standard 290 km/h to 305 km/h.

The optionally availale NOVITEC stainless-steel sport exhaust system for the Alfa Romeo 8C benefits more then just power yield. The integrated flap system varies the exhaust note depending on engine speed from sporty to racing-like. The exhaust system with its four tailpipes is designd to perfectly fit into the standard cutouts in the rear apron.

Brand-new from NOVITEC:

212 HP and Sporty Accessories for the Abarth 500

Engine tuning with up to 212 hp / 156 kW and an extensive range of sporty accessories for the Abarth 500 are now available from NOVITEC, the worldwide leader in customizing the cars from Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Lancia. Stainless steel sport exhaust systems, 17- and 18-inch tire/wheel combinations and matching suspension modifications are also part of the program. 

The NOVITEC engine specialists developed various performance kits for the 135 hp / 99 kW Abarth 500 which boost power in different stages between 164 hp / 121 kW to 212 hp / 156 kW. They unleash the true power of the 1.4-liter T-Jet four-cylinder engine without compromising durability.

The NOVITEC NT4-CORSE power kit costs 3,016 Euros and delivers an increase in power output of 77 hp / 57 kW. It consists of a special turbocharger, a more efficient fresh air supply, an optimized air-cleaner box with sport air-filter cartridge, the NOVITEC CORSE high performance exhaust system, larger injection nozzles and a special fuel pressure control. In addition the engine electronics is upgraded with the NOVITEC POWERJET 2 auxiliary control unit. 

The NOVITEC NT4-CORSE tuning kit boosts power of the turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder engine to 212 hp / 156 kW. Maximum torque grows from standard 206 to 325 Nm at 3,400 rpm. Thus equipped the tuned Abarth 500 will accelerate in just 6.8 seconds from rest to 100 km/h and will reach a top speed of 223 km/h. 


With or without engine tuning: the NOVITEC stainless-steel sport mufflers and high performance exhaust systems, available with one or two tailpipes in various shapes, lend the Abarth 500 a more exciting rear appearance, a more powerful engine sound and optimized performance. 


NOVITEC also adds even more sporty character to the suspension of the turbocharged model: Abarth 500 customers can choose between NOVITEC sport springs, which lower the ride height by some 35 millimeters, and the height-adjustable NOVITEC sport suspension made from stainless steel. The latter includes somewhat stiffer gas-pressure shocks and gives the top-of-the-line model of the 500 range even more agile handling characteristics. 


Perfectly matched to the sportier suspension settings are custom-tailored one-piece NOVITEC N10 light alloy wheels with 17- or 18-inch diameters. The 7.5Jx17 wheels can be fitted with low-profile tires in sizes 215/40 R 17 in front and rear. The wheels are optionally available as silver polished or matte black painted versions. A NOVITEC set of wheels with tires is available starting from 1,106 Euros.


Especially extravagant requests can be fulfilled with NOVITEC N10 8Jx18 wheels and 215/35 R 18 tires which make full use of the available space in the wheel wells. The rim design with eight double spokes is available in different colors or polished versions.


The Abarth 500 will soon look even more sporty with the NOVITEC front spoiler lip made from Carbon which attaches to the underside of the standard front fascia. In addition to the more pronounced passing image the front spoiler also offers aerodynamic advantages: The refined shape reduces lift on the front axle and improves directional stability at high speeds. 


Black-tinted lateral turn signals complete the sporty look of the Abarth.

NOVITEC Tuning for the Fiat Punto Evo

Red Alert: NOVITEC now offers an extensive tuning program for the Fiat Punto Evo. The list of options includes engine tuning for the two turbocharged gasoline engines and for all diesel models. Also part of the customization program for the Italian compact car is a sport exhaust system for a throatier exhaust note, a striking body-styling package, custom-tailored tire/wheel combinations with diameters of 17 and 18 inches and sporty suspension options.

There is no substitute for power except more power. NOVITEC offers a power boost for the 1.4-liter 16V MultiAir turbocharged gasoline engine of the Fiat Punto Evo from standard 99 kW / 135 hp to 118 kW / 160 hp. Simultaneously peak torque grows from 206 to 246 Nm at 1,780 rpm. The power increase is facilitated by the NOVITEC PowerJet 2 auxiliary control unit with innovative plug-and-power technology. It cuts the sprint time from rest to 100 km/h to 7.9 seconds while increasing the top speed to 209 km/h.

Following the same principle the Abarth Punto Evo receives a power upgrade from standard 163 hp / 120 kW to 184 hp / 135 kW.

The NOVITEC POWERRAIL 5 modules makes all turbodiesel models of the Punto Evo even more fun to drive. Installation is simple and takes just a few minutes. Equipped with a NOVITEC POWERRAIL 5 module the most powerful diesel engine in the lineup, the 1.6-liter 16V MultiJet, puts out 144 hp / 106 kW and produces a peak torque of 356 Nm.

Optimized performance, a thrilling exhaust note and impressive looks are the three most important arguments in favor of the NOVITEC stainless-steel sport mufflers. These mufflers come with an EG operating certificate, eliminating the need for time-consuming and expensive individual technical inspections. The sport exhaust is available in no less than 26 different versions. Nowhere else can Punto Evo owners choose from exhausts with one, two or four exhaust tips.

After the NOVITEC tuning treatment the Italian speedster also looks miles from ordinary. The front appears much more aggressive with NOVITEC headlamp moldings and the NOVITEC spoiler, which is optionally available with an additional blade. That impression is further enhanced by the X-one-look hood with power domes and integrated hood scoops.

NOVITEC side sills give the Fiat an even lower and sleeker stance. The rear is upgraded with a rear spoiler and the rear molding attachment. The latter is available in three different versions including an especially striking racing-look version with diffuser fins. All versions of the rear molding can be combined with any NOVITEC sport muffler.

Another important contribution to the thrilling NOVITEC look for the Punto Evo comes from the NOVITEC N10 alloy wheels with ten double spokes. These wheels with diameters of 17 or 18 inches make full use of the available space in the wheel wells. They are available in two versions with silver painted or polished black surfaces. The largest version features size 8Jx18 wheels with size 215/35 R 18 tires.

As the perfect complement to the sporty low-profile tires NOVITEC offers sport springs for use with the stock shock absorbers or height-adjustable stainless-steel coilover suspensions for the Punto Evo. The lowering rate can be adjusted from 35 to 75 millimeters. The top-of-the-line suspension also allows varying the damper rates.
